Sofia Ribeiro-Lemos é aluna de doutoramento em Ciências Políticas e Relações Internacionais na Universidade do Minho. Tem um mestrado em Relações Internacionais pela mesma instituição. A sua dissertação de mestrado centrou-se numa comparação entre as narrativas estratégicas dos EUA e da UE em relação à Coreia do Norte. É actualmente observadora júnior no OPEN (Observatório da Política Externa Nacional).
