Paulo Duarte, collaborative member of the CICP and Professor in the Department of International Relations and Public Administration of University of Minho was one of the guest speakers at the Cycle of Conferences on China, which took place on June 24 and 25 at the Cultural and Scientific Center of Macau (Lisbon).
