Seminário Temático “Energy (in)securities in Europe: the Eastern Mediterranean and the Caspian-Black Sea”

O Centro de Investigação em Ciência Política (CICP) convida todos os interessados a assistirem ao seminário “Energy (in)securities in Europe: the Eastern Mediterranean and the Caspian-Black Sea”, a realizar-se às 18h00 de sexta-feira, dia 5 de novembro, via colibri-zoom. O evento realiza-se no âmbito do Programa de Doutoramento em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais, da Escola de Economia e Gestão da Universidade do Minho. Terá como oradora convidada Roxana Andrei (Universidade de Coimbra) e como moderadora a Professora Alena Vieira (Universidade do Minho).

Sobre a oradora convidada:

Roxana Andrei is an International Affairs and Security expert, working in the field of international security, energy policy, conflict resolution and peacemaking. Since 2019, she has been collaborating with the EU’s European Defence Agency in the framework of the long-term project “Consultation Forum For Sustainable Energy in the Defence And Security Sector”. She obtained her Ph.D. in International Politics and Conflict Resolution at the University of Coimbra in Portugal, on which occasion was granted a researcher-in-residence fellowship at the OSCE’s Documentation Centre in Prague. Roxana holds solid professional experience in the international field, having worked for the European Court of Human Rights of the Council of Europe, for the EU’s European Centre for the Development of Vocational Education and Training (CEDEFOP), as well as a Programmes Coordinator of numerous international projects in the field of conflict management, peacebuilding and human rights, for the public and non-governmental sector.
