Ana Raquel Almeida Dias is currently a Ph.D student in Political Science and International Relations. She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and a bachelor’s in International Relations, both from University of Minho. She has completed specialization courses in Modern History but also Middle Eastern Politics from Ryerson university (Canada) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK), respectively. Her current research project is focused upon unravelling dynamics of global governance, more particularly, the emergence of sub-state actorness in climate change under the Paris Agreement.
