Juliano holds a MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Integral Audit from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). Bachelor in Public Administration from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) and Bachelor in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Juliano has experience with Fiscal Accounting, Public Policies, Management with emphasis on Public Administration. He is currently Adjunct Professor of the General Administration at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM) and post-graduation coordinator (lato sensu) in Public Management at the same institute.
