Maria Fátima Oliveira Jorge is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Management, University of Évora. Holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Beira Interior (1990), a Master’s in Economic and Organizational Sociology from the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (1995), and a Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Évora (2003).
