Sandrina Antunes has a degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Political Anthropology from University of Minho, and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Universidade Libre of Brussels, being a Scientific Fellow of this institution since 2013. Sandrina Antunes collaborated with the Committee of the Regions in the year 2000 and with the Assembly of European Regions during the period 2000/2001.

Sandrina Antunes’ research interests lie between Political Science and European Studies. Her scientific work focuses mainly on regionalist and nationalist movements in Europe.
