Sérgio Ribeiro holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences by the School of Economics and Management of University of Minho, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in Public Management and Public Policies by the School of Economics and Management of University of Minho and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources by the School of Industrial Studies and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. Sérgio Ribeiro works in Public Administration since 1996 (under the Ministry of Internal Administration until 2014 and currently the Ministry of Economy).
