The Debate “Decentralization of State competences” took place on February 28 at Casa da Música, in Porto. The debate was promoted by the BFF Banking Group with the support of Dinheiro Vivo. The debate had the presence of Professor Miguel Rodrigues, director of the Research Center in Political Science (CICP) and Professor of Public Administration at the University of Minho.
