The newspaper Correio do Minho highlights the statement of Xavier Macias, a CICP guest speaker and member of the European think tank “Center Mauritius Coppieters” (CMC) based in Brussels.
This statement was made during the opening of the CICP’s International Conference “Stateless Nations in Europe: new challenges, new opportunities”, which took place at the University of Minho on April 19, 2016.
